When i turn on my comp its fine and i can see my background and my mouse and icons but the start bar is black and when i click the start menu everything in that window is black. Same with control panel and My computer and everything!! PLEAZE HELP!!!!!!

I really wouldn’t if I were you. What they show on T.V. is to sell the crap, not that there’s any use for it. It’s all based on how many will really ask for their money back.
Use screws for the window bax and find the studs. Do it right.
