Your biggest competitors (indirect) would be Home Depot, Lowe’s and local nurseries. These places often offer "Do-It-Yourself" classes and help potential customers cut you out. Other indirect competitors would be lawn care companies who dabble in small projects. Landscaping is like any other business, you HAVE to market ALL THE TIME! If you don’t market market market and continue to market even after you have jobs you’ll stagnate and die off.
