Where can i buy frames to secure my window boxes to the well, and how much do they cost?

to the wall, not the well, that would just be silly

frames or brackets? if you mean brackets then you can get decorative wood or iron shelf brackets for your box at home depot, lowes, etc. . this way if you want to change the flowers or add water, you just slide the box off of the brackets without any mess and do what you need to do. Choose the right kind of screws too. Does the area have studs where you want to screw it in the wall? if not then you need screws that have plastic casings around them to act like studs.
